Year One Wellness is partnering with The Lottie for a FREE morning dedicated to car seat safety, community, and connection! Join us on October 16th with Dr. Ariel Day, CPST (Child Passenger Safety Technician), who will be available to help check your car seat installation, placement, and fit in your vehicle—so you can leave feeling more confident that your little one is riding safely. Doors open at 9AM and car seat checks will start at 9:30AM, taking about 10 minutes per car. Rooted & Ready: A 3rd Trimester Pop-Up Wellness Event
Entering your third trimester is an exciting, tender season. Your body is preparing for birth, and you're already thinking ahead to those first precious weeks with your baby. That's exactly why WithinHER Wellness and Year One Wellness are teaming up for a morning designed just for you. Join us on Friday, October 23rd from 10:00–11:30 AM at Year One Wellness's Austin clinic for a cozy, informative pop-up built around the questions every mom-to-be is asking.
You'll hear from Berlina of WithinHER Wellness on pelvic movement and birth prep, whole-body and mind support through this season, and what to expect with pumping and breastfeeding. You’ll also receive practical, expert guidance from Ariel of Year One Wellness on car seat installation and harnessing, feeding considerations (including favorite bottles, pacifiers, and infant feeding skills), and what those first weeks with baby really look like, from development milestones to simply learning how to play together. It will be an intimate gathering, so there's plenty of room for real conversation and questions along the way.
We'll wrap up with a raffle. One lucky mom will win a free car seat install and harnessing assessment, and another will receive a free postpartum visit with WithinHER Wellness. Light refreshments will be provided. Space is limited, so RSVP early to save your spot.

Strong Moms, Happy Babies: Mommy & Me Workout
Join us for a morning of movement for you and your baby! We’ll dedicate the first hour to you, guiding you through a core strengthening class, including a mix of functional movement and Pilates, helping you reconnect with your body. And afterward, we’ll invite the babies to play, exploring movement and connection in their own way!
What We’ll Focus On:
Pelvic floor awareness and core reconnection
Functional movement patterns that build strength for daily life and exercise
Play-based activities that support your baby's mobility, coordination and motor development
Perinatal exercise specialist, Alexandra Vaughn, founder of NAVE, will guide you through movement that helps you feel stronger, more connected, and more confident in your body, whether you’re weeks, months or years into motherhood.
After class, stay and play alongside Year One Wellness founder Kristi Hammerle, who will share practical insights into healthy motor development and simple ways to support your baby's movement milestones through everyday play.
Then, refuel yourself with yummy protein bites from Make with Madelene. Each mama also will receive goodie bags made with love from more of our wonderful partners, including Poppylist, Lansomatic, Pure Light Chiropractic, and Earthside Wellness.

A playgroup for older babies to play, socialize, and learn! This group will emphasize sensory exploration and play to support the development of fine and gross motor skills, while also offering parents the chance to learn and ask questions about their child's development. This group will continue on a weekly basis, encouraging development and opportunities for social skill building through sensory exploration and interaction with peers.

A playgroup designed to assist parents in promoting tummy time, movement, and play through a range of activities that engage all the senses. Enjoy community, try out our favorite developmental toys, and give your baby opportunities to socialize in a safe and supportive setting. This playgroup will encourage questions and provide an opportunity for parents to learn how to play and bond with their baby through a variety of activities and conversation.
