Baby Playgroups

Who should attend: Babies, birth to sitting
A playgroup designed to assist parents in promoting tummy time, movement, and play through a range of activities that engage all the senses. Enjoy community, try out our favorite developmental toys, and give your baby opportunities to socialize in a safe and supportive setting. This playgroup will encourage questions and provide an opportunity for parents to learn how to play and bond with their baby through a variety of activities and conversation.

Budding Babies
Thursdays at 9:30am, Austin clinic
Who should attend: Babies, sitting to walking
A playgroup for older babies to play, socialize, and learn! This group will emphasize sensory exploration and play to support the development of fine and gross motor skills, while also offering parents the chance to learn and ask questions about their child's development. This group will continue on a weekly basis, encouraging development and opportunities for social skill building through sensory exploration and interaction with peers.

Baby and parents groups are located in the open gym play area at our brand new Austin clinic. This space is baby-friendly, and has a calm and warm, yet vibrant feel. This space is meant to feel like a safe and supportive place for families. All classes are held on our thick and comfortable play mats. Floor chairs are provided.

To promote community, each group meets weekly and is broken up into a 6-week series. You can sign up for a 6-week series before it starts. Additionally, we’d love to have you drop into any class! Single class drop-ins are an option for all baby and parent groups.

Two adults may accompany a baby in our baby play groups.

Pre-crawling babies are welcome in these groups.

To ensure we have enough time to offer group spots to other families, we ask that you cancel classes 48 hours before the class starts if you’d like a refund. A 6-week class series cannot be refunded after the start of the first class. I'm sorry, but we are unable to accommodate rescheduling a missed class within a 6-week series.

Parking is easy, breezy here! Park on the North side of the building to access our main entrance, with access to a ramp for strollers. There is a secondary entrance on the West side of the building, but you’ll need to use a small set of stairs to get inside.
