We will offer 20 minute time blocks to discuss your concerns, screen developmental skills, and provide helpful tips.
Early Support for
Strong Development
Torticollis Screen:
A physical assessment to check for signs of neck muscle tightness, which can affect head positioning and movement. Torticollis is often linked to asymmetrical head positioning and may require intervention to avoid further developmental delays.
Feeding screen:
This screen will be available to assess the oral motor and feeding skills needed for breastfeeding, bottle feeding, solids, and picky eating to determine if there is an issue preventing your child from eating as comfortably and efficiently as possible.
Head Shape Evaluation:
Experts will assess the shape of your child’s head to determine if there are any signs of positional plagiocephaly (head flatness) or other conditions that could affect skull symmetry. Early detection can help prevent long-term issues with head shape including the need for a helmet.
Motor Milestone Check:
The screening will evaluate your child’s motor skills (such as rolling, sitting, crawling, and walking) to ensure they are reaching key developmental milestones at an appropriate age. Early intervention can be crucial for addressing any delays.
