Helping you lay a strong foundation from day one.

Year One Wellness was founded to serve infants in their first year of life and beyond, with a focus on early childhood wellness and function.

We offer physical and occupational therapy services to infants & toddlers with musculoskeletal and movement challenges that may cause difficulty with essential infant functions such as feeding, sleeping, pooping, and playing.
